In just 90 days, website traffic grew by more than 150%, organic search visits more than tripled, and the content started attracting interest beyond branded searches, including early traction from AI-powered platforms.

An SEO Case Study in Expanding Search Visibility
Neural Revolution is a doctoral-level ADHD coaching practice serving professionals, entrepreneurs, and ADHD practitioners. Their work centers on executive function, goal-setting, productivity, and coaching supervision.
The brand had strong credibility and clear professional authority. People who knew the name could find them easily. However, the website wasn’t set up to consistently attract new visitors actively seeking ADHD coaching support.
When we started in October 2025, organic search accounted for about 31% of total website traffic. Most search impressions and clicks came from branded queries, mainly the business and the founder’s names.
While strong branded visibility is a positive indicator of trust, it also revealed that the site wasn’t yet consistently reaching consumers actively searching for ADHD coaching services, executive function support, and productivity strategies.
Several foundational SEO elements needed refinement. Key page titles and descriptions didn’t fully match target search terms, and the site’s header structure needed clearer organization. The sitemap hadn’t been resubmitted recently, which limited how well search engines could crawl the site. Some blog posts lacked clear focus keywords, and certain redirects could weaken page authority over time.
The opportunity was clear: strengthen the SEO foundation so the site could be found by more people beyond just those who already knew the brand.
Strengthening the SEO Foundation for Visibility
We began with updated keyword research to better understand how potential clients were searching.
Two clear search patterns emerged: informational searches for ADHD education and high-intent coaching service queries. We focused primarily on targeting terms such as ADHD coach, adult ADHD coach, certified ADHD coach, ADHD executive function coach, and ADHD coaching for women — collectively representing more than 10,000 searches each month.
This important shift ensured the website’s language aligned with how potential clients were actively searching.
Next, we improved the technical and on-page SEO. Meta titles and descriptions were rewritten across ten primary pages. Header tags were updated for clearer structure and hierarchy. Images were given descriptive alt text to support accessibility and search visibility. The sitemap was resubmitted to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, and priority pages were manually requested for indexing.
We also reviewed redirects, corrected 404 errors, reduced unnecessary redirect chains, and improved site speed by resizing images that were slowing performance.
At the same time, blog content was aligned with the broader SEO strategy. Each post was updated with a clear focus keyword, improved internal linking, optimized metadata, structured headings, social share descriptions, and refined categorization.
Instead of publishing content randomly, blogging became part of a clear, connected visibility strategy.
Strategic Content That Gained Traction

Within 90 days, it generated 553 views and became the site’s highest-performing blog post.
The post stood out because it covered a highly specific, practical topic aligned with clear search intent. It provided useful tools, structured formatting, and easy-to-understand language, making it accessible for both readers and search engines.
It also began attracting measurable traffic from AI-powered discovery platforms, including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, a sign of alignment with evolving search behavior.

The Results After 90 Days
The impact was measurable and significant. Unique visitors increased from 397 to 1,031, and total sessions grew from 595 to 1,573 — resulting in more than 150% growth in overall traffic.

Organic search traffic more than tripled, increasing from 186 sessions to 627. Organic search evolved from a supporting traffic source into one of the site’s primary drivers.

Most importantly, the composition of traffic changed. The site was no longer relying primarily on people who already knew the brand.
Non-branded queries related to ADHD productivity, executive function, and coaching tools began generating consistent impressions and clicks.
With branded rankings remaining strong, discoverability expanded well beyond them. Early measurable traffic from AI platforms started appearing in analytics reports. While still emerging, this reflects alignment with modern search patterns and forward-looking positioning.
Backlink growth remained steady during this period, with relevant referring domains supporting authority. Notably, traffic growth was driven primarily by on-page optimization and content alignment, not aggressive link-building campaigns.
